"They open earlier than the other shoe stores in the mall. Great customer service, especially management. Shoes and merchandise are always on point, latest trends and great prices. Will definitely be back for Christmas shopping."

"They sent shoes to my house that I order online. When I received the shoes they were two different shoes in two different color. One of the shoes still had the display thing inside the shoe. It was so unprofessional and inconsiderated. The shoes also smelled like weed! Then when trying to take shoes back they wouldn't even let me use my military discount to reorder the shoes. They were really unprofessional!"

"This is our ususal spot for both children and adult shoes. Went on a Friday evening, the location was playing inappropiate music, with words children should not hear or as a parent I should not have to explain. We decided to leave, I reached out to corporate twice in hopes of having a district manager return my call to discuss my concerns. Never recieved a call or response, making it clear that this is the type of environment Finishline approves of. A place that sells children and womens shoes, but plays music calling women terrible names and much more. We will not go back and will encourage others to do the same."
