"We waited checked and still waited for a while. People came in after us and the staff immediately helped them out when I asked staff for assistance I was told someone would get with me and again I waited with my son. As I look around staff is folding clothes and chatting, someone else comes in doesn’t even check in and someone goes up to them immediately, of course all were white but kinda funny for those who just left without purchasing anything after being assisted. Horrible experience won’t be back to this place"
"After a strong finish to the week from work, I decided to treat myself to a new outfit before going out and hanging with a friend. I’ve never shopped for myself at this store before and was excited to spend a pretty penny on myself. I arrived around 8 o’clock and started browsing and after about 15 minutes they turned off the music. It was weird walking around browsing in silence. The fitting room was very dirty, you could see dust on the carpet bordering the outside area near the cubicle walls appearing like some type of dust web or fog. I wasn’t able to pay with cash because they already counted the drawers at 8:50 or so but the manager was so ready to leave. They try to leave AT 9. She was already changed into her Nike sneakers and tank top before the store even closed. I felt that was pretty unprofessional, but hey. It was a Saturday night, not sure what to expect. Might try the other store off of Quaker. EDIT: I made this post 4 months ago and this is what it looks like today. New photos after the brown shoes."
"Anna was a miracle worker. I came in with a emergency for a friend's wedding and she was patient and quick with helping piece together a suit last minute. She even took the time to press it for me. Ask for her when you come in. Thank you so much!"
"Overall incredibly frustrating experience as the groom for a wedding. To start, after receiving a group number to send to my groomsmen, I got several texts over the next couple of weeks as people tell me that the number is not working, and they had to look the wedding up manually. I double checked the receipt I was given and confirmed that we had been given an order number that doesn't work. Not a huge deal, but I digress. Picking up my clothes the day prior, I noticed that my pants were missing a button. I asked how long for this to be fixed. I was told I could come back tomorrow and it'd "most likely" be fixed. Tomorrow. On my wedding day. Thankfully my best man took care of it and picked it up on time. Open the bag to find a stunning LACK of pants, requiring me to drive back to the store (on my wedding day, when things are going on) to pick up my pants that had somehow been forgotten from the bag. Should they have checked the bag before leaving, given previous history? Probably, but they really shouldn't be on us to do their job for them. Finally, Trying to return the suit the day after, given our instructions to come back by 9pm; they even wrote it on the receipt. Show up to the store, and lo and behold, they're on holiday hours and already closed. Just overall very frustrating that we need to double check all of their work when it's supposed to be an easier process for the wedding party overall. In addition, 3 other people in the wedding party had issues with their clothing, including wrong sizes in pants and missing parts. Unfortunately, these aren't really issues we can reconcile the day before the event. Thankfully, I had a great group of guys who helped make the wedding a success."
"Alonzo and Christian helped us get our suits transferred and ready. The service was impeccable. We did have two members of our party that needed alterations and the store was able to help. They helped us look incredible for my wedding. Thank you."
