"This place does the same scam buffet practices like Sushi Masa. After the first round, the pieces get smaller and smaller. And the interval between when dishes come out takes longer. When speaking to the owner about this, his response was that their chefs were busy, and need to serve other people. It’s the same number of slices regardless of size!!! Our server was almost non-existent, always forgetting our order. I had to flag down other servers to place an order. Go eat at another Sushi place, a restaurant that doesn’t practice these dirty tactics. Never coming here again."

"The food was absolutely great. What makes this place exceptional is the service. Our waitress, Alyssa, did such an amazing job. We were a large party and it was a busy night, however she would always communicate what's coming up and what might be delayed. She moved really fast and was dynamic the whole time we were there. We are absolutely amazed by her level of service. We will definitely come back as we had such an amazing experience. Thank you Alyssa."

"We tried Sushi Haya in Cypress for the first time tonight. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious their food was. We’ve been to plenty of AYCE places and their food is usually bland. The volume becomes predominant than the taste. This place is different. It’s also not a buffet style. A server takes your order and brings the food to your table or a robot will, however many items or times you order. The place was very clean and staff were very friendly. Check them out."
