We met Laurie, who was just the most HELPFUL employee. She listened to my needs, picked out various bras, was empathic, and even surprised me with foam inserts that fit in the bras! "Love Athleta products but I have never experienced with such a low level of customer assistance in any other shop. I tried to interact with an assistant (Kenia? with orange hair) and literally shot down with super rude attitude in front of the entire customers in the store- was speechless. And then she realized that she mislead me and never even apologized for both her mistake and then her treatment of a customer. Then some other assistant approached but I was so disappointed and told her “I cannot shop after what happened and leaving the store” and her response was “oh, it is perfect then” REALLY? I am sure their treatment must be much better for others that they can keep the business running? This has happened on 01-22-2022, early afternoon."

"Walked in with a positive, kind demeanor and attempted to return a sweatshirt. Was met with an EXTREMELY RUDE employee (Kenia). Had to have her call corporate in order to return an item with odd stains all over it. I will admit I was out of the return policy, but she acted as if she couldn’t even find my purchase in her system by entering my phone number, first and last name. She was smug and difficult, rolled her eyes and put on an fake-nice act to the customer service rep. On the other line. I am a kind person and never in my life have I had a CUSTOMER SERVICE (ironic for the complete lack of respect she showed) representative treat me this way. Shameful."
