"I first went into the store to buy some items and when I got home one of the items wasn’t put in my bag. I went back the next day to either get a refund or the item I purchased. The white lady with a weird accent that’s a manager at tj maxx told me there was nothing she could do because she didn’t believe me and they couldn’t find the item. I decided to go back a day when she wasn’t there because I’ve had problems with her before and found the item right in plane sight. I left the store and the item is completely broken. Wouldn’t recommend coming here."
