"I recognize it's a new branch for K&G, So I have went back on three different occasions hoping to see a better quality of clothing and it's the same class. The selection of clothes they're caring reminds me of something you would see at a flea market suit store!!!"

"First off I drove all the way from West Texas to come to a wedding and I didn't have a suit and I've never bought a suit in my life. My sister recommended this store after my brother in law had a great experience there. I walked in as a hail Mary that someone could help me with the wedding the next day. Jay (the gentleman with the tape measure) went above and beyond to help me fashion a suit and the gentleman tai lor (I didn't catch his name) recommended a suit that fit like it was made for me (I have an athletic build and was getting a bit frustrated looking at the sets, he eyeballed my dimensions and was spot on the first time). Jay walked with me through the store and advised me on shoes, socks, shirts, belts and a tie. Literally top to bottom helped pick out a BEAUTIFUL suit I'm proud of. Also the price point was incredible for the quality and service. I will return and recommend this store to everyone. Thanks again, keep up the great work!"

"This store in Humble the service is horrible and the cashiers are even worse. I love the one close to Willowbrook Mall great service, great people. Today I went in this supposedly new store in Humble to return an item and to also do a little more shopping, I know that I had atleast $300.00 worth of items and I had just spent $400.00 the Saturday before. Well I get to the register mind you I am now the first in line and there is one man in front of me supposedly they are helping him, there is five people behind the counter where the registers are and none of them offered to help me besides asking me how I was going to pay.i waited there atleast 15 minutes and no one said I am sorry mame it is taking so long but someone will be with you soon, but none of them said anything , they just stood there looking. I will never go in this store again because they have people working there with no customer service experience and bad personalities. This store will not last a year because the people who are in charge will be the reason why the customers will not come. There were atleast two other people who left without the items they came to purchase besides myself. I admonish others to go to the other store if you want to buy something, I won't be back to this one."
