"I've been a loyal J crew customer for over a decade, but was extremely disappointed in recent experiences. I received a pair of jeans as a gift, but they were too long, so I went in to exchange it for a better fit. The employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. He stated they sent out notification that returns or exchanges would be cut off at a certain date. I tried to explain to him that this was gifted, so I never received any message about the final date. He simply shrugged and said it wasn't his problem. Really rude"

"I go to this location all the time. I never get to buy what I want, I’m forced to buy whatever they have in my size, which is very limited. I wear a size small… they never have it. I bring it up every time I’m there, and they always act confused or surprised. For example, today they had 3 options in short sleeve button ups for me. That’s it, just 3. They probably have 25 different styles and they 3 styles for me. I’m done, I won’t be back."
