"Zero stars. I get there and 4 employees are just standing around outside making me wait. Finally they go inside and it takes 30 MINUTES to make 1 single blast that I ordered with extra reeses and I got vanilla ice cream with a PINCH of reeses just sitting on top . Horrible service u need to fire everyone who was working 11-07-23 the person who brought is was Shania. Shameful. Ignorant. And terrible attitude. Something needs to be done. Isn't it illegal to offer a service, take the money and then not give them what they were paying for??"
"Whoever is in the kitchen should be ashamed for sending out my food after saying it would be cooked fresh! Dry and burned chicken sandwich, and they didn't refund me but wanted to make it over. Well, I don't trust that! Do it right the first time!"
"Yesterday around 10:15 PM I went to sonic. The whole experience was so horrible. My fires were cold. I ordered the 399 bundle and when I got it I was disappointing because they literally burnt the toast which is so disgusting and the shakes that I got was watery. This is my first time in years going to sonic and it was the worst experience."
"My drink arrived quickly, after checking in, in the stall from my mobile order. The car hop who delivered the drink was polite. My sweet tea/lemonade balance was perfect! The location was very clean. It can accommodate more than 25 vehicles at once. However, the location is on a busy traffic pattern and doesn't stand out on the road."
