"We decided to go inside, because the drive-through was so busy. Inside was completely dirty. There was not one table that was cleaned. The floor was super sticky. The manager seemed like a nice guy and had good customer service skills. However, as he came out to check on how everybody was doing, I can’t understand how he couldn’t grab a rag and clean off some of the tables. It was pretty disgusting."

"I've been going to Dairy Queen my whole life. First time in almost 40 years I got a SOUR Blizzard. Almost threw up and immediately threw it away. I wish Zero Stars was an option. This is hands down the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. Terrible service, disgusting food terrible atmosphere. STAY AWAY AS IF IT HAD THE PLAGUE."

"Every time I go here it’s HORRIBLE. They hire kids who don’t greet you they just look so angry. No hi no smile just rude. Once I ordered ice cream and they didn’t give me a kid so I asked you would have thought I asked for something huge. Then didn’t fill the ice cream yo for $7. Y’all already high as hell . Tonight my friend and I were so upset at everything. Our food tasted like someone angry made it. My burger was thrown together so sloppy. Chicken was hard and then before we drove off we tasted the drinks and they were flat. The guy was like oh the carbonation was down so why wouldn’t you just tell us to order something else. We got tea and get home and that mess wasn’t sweet . Don’t go here it’s truly awful . East Austin Dairy Queen would never"

"PLEASE READ THIS!!! They just throw the food in the bag...literally chunk the burger in the bag, no exaggeration. And when I mean literally I mean literally. That's what I got through drive trough. Also the girl in drive trough... not very friendly, I think she got irritated when I told her I wanted a #3 no onions no tomatoes add bacon... her response W H A T D O Y O U N O T W A N T!!!!?? After telling her 3 times and turning off my vehicle. ***UPDATE**** After close inspection of the hamburger The cook on 07/24/2023 @ 6:00 pm Made a 6 pattie hamburger... Instead of a 3 pattie hamburger with bacon... dude YOU HAD 1 JOB!!!! 1 JOB!!! I DONT THINK THEY WANT TO WORK THERE ANY MORE.... I WASTED 17.00 ON THAT FOOD... IF EMPLOYEES ARE THAT MAD ABOUT WORKING THERE AND THROWING FOOD IN BAG JUST FOR THE FAK OF IT...CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT THEY WOULD DO TO YOUR FOOD WHEN THEY ARE COOKING IT...WHAT OTHER "SPECIAL" INGREDIENTS THEY MIGHT ADD???"

"I normally only go online to leave good reviews, but this last visit was particularly bad. We paid $30 on a meal for two only to have to still cook dinner. Our food was lukewarm when we got it, the fries had absolutely no flavor (we had to add our own salt), they were soggy, the gravy was clumpy and cold, and our soda was packed full of ice and tasted of carbonated water with a hint of coke. The entire meal was disgusting. We haven’t had fast food in a month and decided to break our diet with a meal from here. The only good thing is that it quickly reminded me why we now choose to cook at home. I did like the blizzard, so if you’re going for ice cream then you’re good."
