"Ordered the current family feast deal (6pcs, 2 sandwiches, 4 biscuits, 2 large sides) for 30, but was missing by both sandwiches and got a regular side instead of a large side. Didn’t notice until I was home. Food also didn’t taste as good as it used to from this location (I’ve gotten food for my family here consistently over the years and the quality has gradually been getting worse). Disappointing experience. I’ll probably go to a different location next time."
"I arrived to pick up my order and was instantly ignored. There was 1 front person and 3 lady's on the aisle, I made eye contact with all of them and nothing, the boy even turned, looked, and went back to what he was doing. Another customer came in and I guess they realized we were there and they had to help us out. Had to go back for a missing side. When I tried to call before hand, it rang and rang but no one ever picked up. I would just call the district manager, wouldn't waste time calling if their phone is not working or they didn't feel like picking up. Chicken isn't as flavorful as it use to be, both classic and spicy. Beans felt watered down, the only thing I actually enjoyed was my mash potatoes and gravy, that's the only reason they got 3 stars and not 2. I go to Popeye's maybe 2x a year and everytime it's a let down for one reason or another. I wouldn't be upset about the mistake if the initial customer service wasn't so rude. My mistake for keep trying this place."
