"I like Lowe's it's a great place they carry brands that home Depot does not all of the items in the store are easy to find the only reason why I gave it four stars instead of 5 is because they are following the same trend as most other stores getting rid of cashiers and only having six self-checkout registers which causes long lines delaying you from leaving the store I'm pretty sure costing people their jobs"

"I regret spending my money here. Our washer/dryer delivery experience was awful. The delivery people were cussing each other out the whole time, they mishandled the washer and cracked a pipe, so we’re on week three of not being able to use it, and they cracked our doorframe and didn’t tell us. I found it cracked when I went to look at it after they rushed out. I contacted customer service and filed a complaint. Heard NOTHING. Would love to be reimbursed for this headache and unprofessionalism. Don’t spend your money here."

"Thank you to the ladies today at the self check out December 22 at 3:15 PM. I needed help across from the self check out. I needed some antifreeze that was in stock, but out of stock on the floor. It was up in the air the lady’s called for assistance, and no one ever showed up. Do better Lowe’s do better."

"Order was okay, but it was not in locker and took forever to find it. Employee was.. Rude? Disrespectful? Not sure what the right word was, locker was empty, left it open so cashier could verify, cashier was walking to go look, another employee started to close it. Asked them not to because I left it open on purpose, and she was going to verify it was empty (like 2 ft away actively wlaking), employeee stopped, then stared me directly into the eyes and then slowly closed it anyway. Then nobody could find the actual purchase , so I wasted about half an hour on a pre purchased pickup. Sucked. Store manager was supposed to call to talk about it, but never bothered. Don't believe the spin below. If they cares enough to post, but not to call, all they care about is optics."
