"We recently found ourselves in need of a complete new set of tires. After shopping around to obtain pricing, I decided to call NTB in Pflugerville. The gentleman who answered the phone, Frank, was very kind and told me that he would make it worth my time if I chose their location for the purchase. He definitely delivered on his promise which ended up saving us quite a bit of money compared to all the quotes I had received from other tire shops I had called. When I walked into the store front (which was nice and clean), I received a friendly and warm welcome by Frank and the store manager Terry. As part of their service, they also check various items on the vehicle such as air filter, air cabin filter, etc. Unbeknownst to them, I had just replaced both of those two items a few weeks prior and sure enough, they told me that they did not need replacing, which indicates to me that they were dealing honestly with their customers. The only issue I was made aware of was the fact that our coolant levels were a bit low, something my husband had already planned on getting done. I received a quote for the additional service that was very competitive, so we ended up adding a coolant flush as well. Overall, this was a great experience and we could not be happier with the service they provided and the pricing they offered."
