I will be road-tripping home next week and wanted to make sure my car was checked out and ready for the long trip back. When I walked in I was kindly greeted by James, who checked me in. He gave me a pretty accurate estimate of how long the service would take and since I didn't have anyone to pick me up I ended up hanging in the waiting room...the waiting room was nice and clean with comfortable seating. James and I also had a great conversation while I waited for the service to be completed. Braden was the technician that worked on my car and was really efficient and thorough. After he finished he took the time to tell me what he did during this service and made a few reasonable recommendations for what to expect for the next service (Service B). At no point did I feel like either James or Braden were trying to upsell me on anything. I left feeling like I received high quality service, from experienced people, for a great price! I wish I lived closer so that I could make Heritage AutoHaus my go to shop, but either way I'll be sure to recommend them to friends and family in the area and use them again when I'm in town."
