"Awful customer service. After being rude and inattentive, I advised Jose Garcia that I planned to report his poor service and requested his name. He proudly held his name tag out for me to see and went on back to his phone call. I told my friend about my experience and she said she'd already stopped shopping there for the same reason. They are losing money business because they clearly tolerate sloppy, inconsistent service.Must be nice to have it to lose..."

"Went to this location for some new wiper blades. I am not mechanically inclined AT ALL. I picked the wipers I thought the book told me were right. When I got to the counter I was greeted by Courtney, and I asked him if he could check to make sure I had the right ones. I guess I had the right ones and I asked if they were hard to install. He assured me it was fairly easy. He said that because it was a slow time he would come out and show me how. Well, he not only showed me, but he taught me how at the same time. Courney was very professional, and I enjoyed talking to him while he helped me. He is a Great human, and I am glad to see that good people are still around. Auto Zone keep hiring good people. It says a lot about your company and that makes me a customer for life."
