"Rude and horrible customer service. Had an attitude and when she rang up my purchase I told her the price said differently. she went to find it, couldn’t find it and made show her but still didn’t change the price even though there was another one there. Didn’t say anything after the transaction, not have a good day or thank you nothing."

"The bathroom door was open, and my 5 year old needed to potty. She went in the bathroom, pulled her pants down (door still open), got half way on the toilet. I was standing by the clothes watching her. I went to go close the door. Then the manager sees, walks over there & told my daughter to pull her pants up, it was not a public bathroom. My daughter immediately gets off the toilet startled. The chic said the store "5 & below" had one. I said she's a toddler, they can't hold it in, and asked if she could please go. The lady just kept saying "I understand but it's store policy, that's why there's a camera right here" ?? Cameras are everywhere sooo??? She insisted on not letting her go, so I put my clothes on a rack, got the customer service # and walked out. The number she gave me is different than the website. I want to ensure that I get "heard". The name she wrote down was Patty, and Patty is the store manager. Don't be like Patty."
