"Um yeah no! Was definitely profiled by the “manager” (she looked 16). The stuff is so cute! The other employees were sweet but the manager nah. She kept following me around the store. It’s a small store it was obvious."
"My niece was super excited to visit as we don’t have these stores in Canada. We walked in, and the employees and one from the next door, were blocking the entrance and completely ignored us. It was so awkward that I asked if we could come in and they said yes in a short manner. As we proceeded, there were tags all over the floor, baskets on the floor and mannequins blocking the entrance to the change rooms. It’s super small as is in there, especially with 5 workers walking around doing a complete stock changeover and rearranging giant tables while we are trying to shop. One lady was redoing the whole front shop window and was on her phone majority of the time. I feel like an hour before opening would have been way more considerate of the customers. I could hear fellow customers, complaining about similar things. We waited to change and no one came so I told her to get in a stall. One stall was full of stock and duffle bags. The other had a Christmas tree in it. We ended up purchasing a few items (too bad it had to be from this location) and no one talked to us or looked us in the eyes. This was by far the most awkward, unwelcoming, and unkind experience I’ve had in any store. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location and the vibe was awful. Worst atmosphere and ride employees."
"Wow, I was curious about what the review said and I saw a bunch of bad ones and I’m surprised because it kind of mimicked my experience today. Today was my very very first time visiting this brandy Melville location ever. I walked in it was very small, very cramped. Not like most clothing stores that are 2 to 3 rooms deep. It was just one small room. I was looking at the patches on the wall and I just kept walking and it’s like the walkway takes you directly to the back of the store, slightly to the left when you’re facing the back of the store. I walked back looking at the patches and this girl rudely turns to her left, my right and points to the cash wrap and says “oh you can’t be back here is for workers only.” I’m like there’s literally no signage . There’s nothing. Everything is completely cramped and crammed in there in a messy clutter and furthermore, I wasn’t even in the corner by the cash register I was literally in other corner by the patches. When I asked where the patches are in whether or not, they were for sale, just for decoration She seemed like it was a complete inconvenience to show me the little bucket on the counter where the patches were stored. When I looked through them and didn’t see a price on the tag and I asked her if she’s like there’s numbers on there. It should be next to US that is the price in the rudest voice. I just looked at them there’s no dollar signs there’s no digits after the decimal they literally look like they were sizes or color code. I checked out with a different lady. She also did not make eye contact and or even speak to me. I worked at Abercrombie as a floor model when I was in college and we were never this ugly to customers. At least at Abercrombie, the girls were attractive. If they are that unhappy on an average day, I hope they all quit or get fired before Black Friday and Christmas season because that’s gonna be a hot mess."
"I was wanting to spend a pretty penny here but after walking in and not being greeted or acknowledged I said nope! nevermind! Not sure why the 4-5 girls working there feel inferior when they’re the ones working retail? Lol. The store was very disorganized and messy and just no good vibes. Thanks for nothing."
