Wingstop

"I just ordered 20 wings for $30 and they are rotten bones pure black every one of them. I have pictures. I made my son puck it out so he didn’t get sick. I hope my money is returned!!!"

"Never order online through Wingstop. Order through door dash or whoever, that way at least you don't have to call the store when they decide not to answer as well as the driver. This is the third time my order was never delivered when it said it was delivered. I don't understand why I put an address, text, or call(driver doesn't answer or get hung up on) the driver to help deliver the order to the right place if it doesn't get delivered."

"This location has the WORST customer service. It used to be good, but has gone downhill. My sister went in to get her order, literally stood at the register and wasn’t acknowledged. When the worker did come up to the counter, they helped the person behind my sister, but never acknowledged that she was there. Then I tried to call and no one answered the phone, it just kept ringing then had a fax signal. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location."

"Went to Wingstop on my lunch, there was one person in front of me and no one else in the lobby when I ordered. The store is short staffed so I feel for the female employee working there by herself until the other employee showed up. I ordered a Chicken Sandwhich combo and didn’t even ask for a rub on the sandwhich. It took my entire lunch for me to get the actual food, so 30 minutes for a chicken sandwhich, which was actually just the chicken and bun because it was completely dry. I’m overall just disappointed with the service, last time I stop at a Wingstop."
