"I know most people think that Wendy's is just another fast food place but they do have differences from each other. This location stood out just because of the people that worked there. The front counter person that took our order was nice and patient. I am training my daughter to make her own decisions and to speak with the people she will need to in her life's path. The counter person was patient during this process and helped by treating her as an adult and making suggestions about her order and offering the available condiments for the food. So 8t was a good experience for both of us and she was able to make her own choices for her food too!"

"It's been some time since I stopped in a Wendy's. Wanted a classic cheeseburger so I ordered one. Oops, my meal looked as if I ordered a baby burger. The kiosk images were more yummy than what was in my bag. Sorry, Dave!"

"I ordered a number 8 and this is what i recieved. 2 pieces of meat and a large helping of pickles. The employees at this location are having fun harassing their customers at the drive through. Incredibly disappointing service and food. The staff here are rude at the drive through and will put the wrong items on your order. I have gone here 3 consecutive times and every time I'm missing things I ordered or receive even items I didn't ask for. This location is in need of new management or corporate review as the staff do not know how to appropriately take care of customers. During all hours of the day an establishment should have employees that can understand English. It is incredibly frustrating to be laughed at over the intercom by someone that barely understands what your saying butcher your order and charge you for whatever they push on the screen."

"I am a very critical person when comes to Wendy's, Today I found a person by the name of Monica, she was perfect in customer service with a promptness attitude,and always willing to serve. I was easy to get please with my order that was made perfect. The bacon cheeseburger was juicy and perfectly cooked, the fries already fresh and the chicken nuggets were awesomely perfect. "Save your money and time- go literally anywhere but here. Terrible food quality One nugget was grey inside. See photos. I witnessed a lovely family being completely ignored while I had to ask 4 different times for the food and drinks they forgot to give me. The apples I paid for, were in a Wendy’s cup and were old, mushy, going brown and clear. Absolute garbage. My kids wanted apples but I wouldn’t let them eat them because of the quality. We left the nuggets to. The staff didn’t know or care what I needed and the guy at the window who was also helping customers at the front seemed put out to be doing anything for any of the customers. I was frustrated with this place. There was no organization, no effort to get people served quickly and the food standard was sub par."
