She is very knowledgeable about the appliances, that Homeco Plus carries. I had tons of questions and went back and forth between features and finishes. I very much appreciate how Lauren took the time to go over the different options offered. She was very patient, kind and did not try to rush me. She also doubled checked for any pricing adjustments before my transaction was made and to my surprise was able to save me money by applying the special holiday offer pricing that the manufacturer was offering. I already had my contractor hired when I found Homeco Plus so I am not familiar with the home remodeling or other services they offer to make any comments regarding these services.
