"Hello, usually this location is a good one. They have plus size selection and i appreciate that. Even though it has shrunken recently. Which is unfortunate. But I literally drove all the way here. To find out their upstairs is closed because there is “NO AC”. That’s basically like the store being closed. For me. Because that’s where all my clothes are in my size. They said I can come back tomorrow. But I won’t be. Very frustrating experience. Wasted my gas on a store that’s closed when it said it was open. Waste my time and energy. I think your plus size guests can handle a little heat to get some clothing. I understand things come up. But to drive here and find out half ur store is closed? And it’s the only stuff I can fit? Bye. Sounds like the team just took an excuse to only have to work one floor for the day"
"Followed email directions to proceed to online order location and i stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Finally, told the girl i was there for an online order pickup, mind you I'm standing next to sign and point it out to her. She tells me I have to get in line. What's the point of a sign and designated location if you don't actually service people there."
