"I tried to return a birdcage clip I bought from them that still had the tag was unworn and met every thing the receipt required for a refund and I was refused a refund. The lady who assisted me had to call her boss and was on the phone for 10 min just to tell me that they could not refund me because the item is not refundable. Then she tried to call the person who had checked me out when I bought the clip but I mean what was that lady supposed to do she’s not the owner. Overall super dissatisfied with their service. I also had asked if I could return it and was told yes upon purchase. Terrible store I recommend avoid them."
