"Beauty cave has always been convenient for me , it's like a 1 stop shop has everything including lashes, perfume, heels, pasties, lipgloss and a vending machine with nude tights 10/10 for store items and how nice and neat it is inside. 1 NEGATIVE comment I can make/mention is the heavy set girl/ employee at the front is always rude & its crazy bc she keeps her job and most of the horrible reviews are about her lol . 0/1000 Anyways I recently started to see a newer girl , kind of younger her hair was in dreads she is so sweet, they are literally like night and day . Keep night in the back stocking and sweetness in the front with her beautiful welcoming smile . When i go back i will get her name and return to this review to add her name . almost got 5 stars but that one thick employee will tear whoevers business this is apart. 10/10 for sweetness who checked me out."

"I purchased items on Friday, went to exchange the tops for a larger size the very next day. As soon as I said I needed to make an exchange the first thing the mgr said was” we don’t exchange clearance items “ without even knowing what I needed to exchange, I guess she assumed I could only afford sale items because I was dressed very casually.. Wrong, all of the items my co worker and I purchased were full priced! Then she went on to say that I could only exchange for the exact same items because it was mess up her inventory? That makes no sense and then further to say that she was doing me a one time courtesy after the associate told us the day before that they have just updated their policy to exchanges only…but because they were out of the tops we purchased, we couldn’t exchange for another style the exact same price! They will not be getting any business from anyone working at this establishment going forward… trying to support our businesses and this is how we are treated"

"Terrible experience. The girl put a sign out saying she was going to be in the restroom for two minutes (no big deal.) However, we then ended up waiting outside for 10-15 minutes, then the girl refuses us service because we knocked on the door too loudly to get her to come let us in (because we were going to be late for work) she was in the back (doing who knows what.) SO UNPROFESSIONAL. We were late to work and scolded due to another individual lacking in there own work. SMH."
