"Haven’t come to Plato’s in years. Don’t come here to sell. First time coming to sell was told you need a bin not plastic bag. Okay no problem switch everything to a sturdy bin with lids. After taking all the bins out my car the told we stopped selling for the day. Aside from selling you’ll find better items and customer service at the thrift store and other near by stores."

"Big fat huff & puff manager would not accept our bags of clothes . we were told to drop them off & they will go thru what they can & cannot keep however big fat huff & puff didnt want to accept our 3 - 4 bags because she did not want to go through them & was just big & lazy as we repeated her own policy to her she called the police due to us being black women , once the police came big fat huff & puff tried to change her tune . she soon did her job when she seen idgaf bout no police & she still had to work"

"Horrible customer service. I called in advance to see if I could get a gift card for my niece and was assured I could buy one. The “Manager” Nicole couldn’t figure out how to do a gift card and then proceeded to laugh at me and point her finger at me when I suggested she call someone to find out how to issue a card. She said “even people that have worked here 3 years don’t know how.” Very disappointing considering I had called in advance. I own several businesses and that young lady has no business working in retail."

"I wish I could give no stars. We had big bag with lots of clothes with tags. They lied and said the clothes wasn’t in style it was bell bottoms distressed jeans , designer leggings, jumpsuits, crop tops . Forever 21 , fashion nova, Nike, Shein, MK new shoes etc. They never touched the bag it was in same spot we left. This place is bogus they resale new items for $1 dollar less than tag price. Look at items in front of store you will see what I am talking about. I thought they would be fair never again not referring friends either. I wish read reviews before we went here 2 hours wasted. This keeps you employed lazy young people sad."

"I took 4 bags of clothes to Plato’s closet to see if I could get some money. They said the wait was 5 hours so I dropped them off and they would text me when they were ready for pickup. So they texted me around 6 and we go up there and I see they only took 2 shirts out of all my bags and for $7. I said no I want all my stuff back….. they only gave me back 3 bags so I said I had another bag…They lost one of my bags. I said so you lost one of my bags so what are y’all gonna do about it? She said sorry we can’t do anything… worst experience ever. Rather I was selling the clothes or not. They lost my property and didn’t have common sense to search the bags that were there."
