"Terrible customer service. Came here looking for Christmas gifts for some friends, and no one even bothered to ask if I needed help. After looking around for a few mins, I eventually had to ask someone to help assist me. She asked me to wait one moment as she was finishing up with something and I told her that’s fine. After 10-15 mins she didn’t even bother getting back to me. She ended up greeting other customers and walking around but I was literally 1 of 2 customers in the store. I wasn’t sure how I was being forgotten. She eventually made eye contact with me and after she realized I was looking at her, she said “Omg I’m so sorry, let me go check on that for you”. I was so irritated that I eventually just left the store."
