"We went with this service due to the 5 Star Reviews. They send out a hired third party service the same day. $323 later we not only had the same same exact dryer problem. Afterwards we smell a gas leak and I went shut off the gas valve to see the service tech tore/damaged the dryer vent hose when he reattached the new dryer vent I just purchased. The third party contractor did not want to honor the $69.99 service fee applied to the cost of repair at first. After some back and forth with Amana Houston and the contractor. The contractor decided to HONOR his original price that was ALSO written on our invoice agreed. Horrible horrible experience with hired third party service. We have called Amana Houston to rectify the dryer still not heating. We still have not confirmed a time. We keep hearing they will call you and no one calls. I will update my post once I hear back from Amana Houston to see if we can get a resolution."
