"They could have charged me to come out. Instead the looked up my model and compared buying to repair price. Called me and told me to buy new. They looked up Lowe’s and I actually got the same model at $50 less free delivery. Nice to still have honest companies around."

"Because he came out and I paid him. He told me he had to order the part, I said fine. He said it would be a couple of days, I understood. At the same time I received the estimate on my email and replied in typewritten note, please proceed. Can’t be any clearer. We had a verbal approval to proceed then I typed in email “proceed”. A week later I called, got some guy in the back of the house, said I never approved the estimate. I did approve it verbally and in writing! But I didn’t press a button on the estimate that I honestly didn’t open up, because we’d discussed as two adults what needed to be done. Anyway, JJ never followed up, the guy in the back of his house operations lost him a repeat customer. I got on Yelp and had a guy over here fixing it within two hours. Very respectful young man at Adroit Appliances fixed my washer. That’s customer service! I’m a 60 year old woman, I couldn’t believe how stupid they were acting when there’s competition and such things as google review."

"Our experience with JJ Appliance was excellent for a number of reasons: (1) our service technician Marcos communicated with us prior to his arrival to let us know he was on his way (2) upon his timely arrival Marcos was well informed of our needs, highly proficient and communicated what he was doing (3) Marcos' technical expertise was obvious from the way he quickly determined the problem with our Speed Queen washer and surveyed the entire system for any other potential issues, organized his tools and worked effectively in a small area (4) Marcos was very professional, highly knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. "I found JJ appliance on Yelp. Their reviews were stellar and they seemed to be not only knowledgeable but customer service focused. From setting up the appointment to completing service everything was seamless and professional. Marcos was the service technician that was dispatched to my home to service my washer and dryer. He was knowledgeable, professional and very polite. You can tell this gentleman takes pride in his work and wanted to make sure that all of my questions were answered. In a day and age where everything seems so rushed it's really hard to find a service that will provide exceptional customer service with patience and care. This business has found a loyal long-term customer whenever I need appliance repair in the future."

"Really good experience. Office was responsive and got me on the schedule quickly. Parts were ordered and received quickly. Diagnosis was done, and after pulling the unit apart to replace the suspect part, the tech found that it was actually a smaller wiring issue that was cheaper to fix. He could have stayed quiet and replaced what was agreed, but he proactively showed me the problem and gave me the more cost effective fix. When a contractor does this, it is a clear sign of integrity. I will absolutely call them back the next time I need something."
