"Store was not open at 8:30 am on Saturday. Its saturday clearly.... Yet there is a sign clear as day that states 8:30 am. It had several people waiting outside the store when I showed up at 8:33am. If the employees can't open in time then they need to open the store later. They never came out and said anything to any of use. You could see a couple of employees moving about the store. Literally 1 hour later the store still wasn't open. I waited to see how long it would take. They need to make a better effort to open the store in time or get new employees who can conduct business in a timely manner. You can tell they don't value people time. Just horrible customer service."

"On 01/04/24 the ladies in the fitting room were really rude talking about how I didn't listen. The older lady seem to me she is from Romania told me to move my basket out of the way and I completely understand and moved my basket. My 12 year old son comes out of the fitting room to show me how his pants fit and she starts telling the other employee how I don't listen. Both talking trash in front of me. She's short black hair and always wears long skirts. I never went inside the fitting room nor my basket was on the way. I was just looking to buy pants for my son."
