"Hidden gem. I always noticed this store next to Kroger but never went in. It's actually a really nice store. The prices are a little higher for the same things you can find at Ross. But over all you can't really say their clothes are too expensive especially with their sales and clearances. I have found some really nice jewelry and shoes here before. Also, the employees are very nice. They appreciate their customers."

"Now, I love Cato. I think you can get a great deal on some nice fashion and accessories, and I usually don't have any problems besides the stock being limited on shoe sizes. Unfortunately, I had placed some shoes on order over the phone, drove across town and picked them up, and upon arriving back home I took the shoes out of the box and they had someone's DIRTY NASTY FOOTPRINT in both shoes as if they were worn, danced in, sweated in, then returned to the store. REALLY disgusting for them to be selling that. The shoes were on clearance, but they were the same price as a NEW CLEAN pair, and the store refused to give me any kind of additional discount or coupon for selling me dirty used shoes. Bad customer service all around. Will not be returning to this location. Lesson learned - Always check what you buy over the phone!"
