"Update: We have been back 2-3 more times and the food is great every time! This weekend was their 1 year anniversary, so we did brunch. Biscuits and gravy were melt in your mouth fluffy and delicious. We had several potatoes plus chicken waffles, Mac and cheese, French toast sticks, mimosas, all delicious! It was really fun to celebrate and this has become a great time out here in Pflugerville! Best potatoes we’ve ever had. We had the Big Jack and Springdale, both incredibly tasty. The meats on top of the Big Jack were tender and flavorful. The Alfredo sauce and seafood on the Springdale were so good that I will likely order that again next time we go! Karaoke night so the music was pretty loud, but sitting outside helped."
"Absolutely stellar experience! From the mouthwatering cornbread to the savory oxtails, Mac and cheese, and gravy biscuits – every bite was a delight. Our group couldn't stop raving. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and the fact that it's black-owned adds to the charm. Pro tip: Go early on weekends, preferably before 11 am, to beat the crowds."
"Great spot. Fun, friendly and attentive team; food was great; fish and chips and the brisket on the mashed potato bed (spud) got better with every bite. Liya gave ahhmazing recommendations from the menu. Great restaurant with big screens for games and the happy hour is legit savings"
"Atmosphere on 2nd Saturdays is awesome. It is a little tight. It will be nice when they can expand for more room. My husband felt his wings were too salty, but my Alamo potato meal was good. For his wings, I give it a little knock for realness. Other than that. I would love to try it again to see if it performs like this on a night that isn't jumpin and poppin like tonight. This was my first night. I did get to meet Andrea who made our night a great one with offering us the opportunity to get to see their live music night. THANKS! Charmaine was great."
