"I have refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven & dishwasher all from electrolux. MODEL#, EI24MO45IBC Y, A00411051, AF81604936, EW36GC55PS1, EW23BC87SS3. Microwave broke down twice, refrigerator twice, dishwasher twice, stove 3 times, the conventional stove didn't break yet because we don't use it as much. Electrolux products are really poor quality. I have extended warranty. The same issues keep happening over and over. they provide just repairs, and I know that microwave will breakdown again for the same reasons, still offered repairs that will be of no use. I spent thousands of dollars on the extended warranty. The life span for Electrolux products is 2 years!! GUARANTEED that's all you will get. Then be ready to break your bank. Do yourself a favor, DON'T BUY ELECTROLUX..."

"My mother waited all day for the company to fix her fridge after a week of not working. Come to look at the door a note was left by techician micheal saying sorry he missed us. Thing is he never knocked or rung the doorbell. Now the company can't come in till Monday and my mother has insulin needed to be refrigerated. Just simply rude and distasteful. Don't go through this company unless you enjoy bad service."
