"Nicole was very professional and attentive. We felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Excellent service. Atmosphere- a group of employees were seated in the corner. They were loud and distracting. Perhaps you need a place for them to gather not in the dining area"

"Made reservations 24 hours in advance but they didn't believe me even after show they on my phone when I called. Manager is rude! While speaking to me she would allow others to butt in. "Food was ok but service was horrible, the waitress kept forgetting our cheddar biscuits and said it would be out in a minute, You know what happened? IT TOOK 20 MINUTES BY THE TIME WE FINISHED OUR FOOD!!! Not to mention she went to the white couple first then us now it could of been that they came before us but I’m pretty try sure we came before we even had the waitlist as well. This was my whole rant about this red lobster but yeah I’m very disappointed to what happened to this company also they had to shutdown 13 of their locations maybe next time I will give it another chance but for now I won’t go here again"

"It's been a long time since I've been to a Red Lobster restaurant but it requested for a birthday celebration so that was non negotiable. The food here is nothing special but they offer a pretty good variety. However, it all comes at a fairly hefty price for a franchise joint. There are many unique 5 star restaurants that offer better quality for the same price or even less. But I enjoyed my stuffed flounder topped with Lobster cream sauce nonetheless. The cheddar bay biscuits are a staple and always delicious. Our waitress (Chanel) was very efficient, friendly and attentive to our party of nine. Several in our party ate the Endless Shrimp special which was probably the best deal going."
