"Taco bell is taco bell! Basically to say food is everything you expect it to be. Service, on the other hand could be a whole lot better... It would also be really nice if different items you got were marked to differentiate between the different burritos, and whatnot!"

"Stopped by at 11pm on a Sunday hit drive-thru (on-line states open till 2 am) was informed card reader was down. That was ok. Placed my order, received my order in timely fashion. Took me five minutes to get home. There I had the problem the lettuce in the tacos o ordered was frozen, taco meat was cold, next the chicken chalupa shell was so hard I could not bite into it and again frozen lettuce and cold meat. Then we come to the burrito which looked great but again cold. The kicker when I paid cash, I got no receipt!"

"Absolute worst attitude ever. A kid named Justin B (wearing some sort of pink bunny costume)was the worst part of it. Tells us to order when ready, we start ordering and be interrupts us and says “what? Are you guys ready to order?” And all the “what else?… what else….? What else….?” Over and over again. Forgot one of my items so we went back to get it. Rude once again. I mean HORRIBLE attitude. When we got home I open my crunchy taco (the forgotten item) to find this slimy stuff on my taco. Threw it in the trash. Didn’t know what it was but looked disgusting. The rest of the food wasn’t so good too. He also said something smart once we were pulling off, didn’t bother to stop and see what he had to say. Will never go back to this location ever. Nasty attitudes."

"I will never return to this Taco Bell and likely no other for a long time. This was the tea they served me today. The picture was taken while waiting on the food in the drive thru. It was full of moldy gunk likely from the tea spout they apparently don't clean which is ridiculous because those spouts on any sugary drink are notorious for this gunk. I am completely disgusted and threw away the food as well. If this is the attention to cleanliness they do for the drinks, I can only imagine what bacteria is in the food due to poor sanitation. The drive thru person was extremely apathetic in general and towards this disgusting drink. No apologies, just more of a "huh, look at that" look on his face. He also spoke way too quietly to hear hardly any words he was saying. The RR Health Department needs to do some random checks on this place."
