"First time here and everything was FANTASTIC! Peter (the crew lead) made sure we were taken care of. I had the Butter Burger and family had the Cod fish. Everything was fresh and tasty. The Custard at the end sealed the deal!!! Richest and creamiest I've ever had. Will definitely be coming back here!"
"Adding description for response on my review The overall quality of the food lower then ppl rates, leading me to give Culver's a low rating. One major issue was the poor quality of the food. The taste of the oil used in the dishes was particularly noticeable and had a chemical-like flavor. This took away from the true flavors of the food and left me unsatisfied. Additionally, the meat lacked the authentic taste and texture that one would expect. Furthermore, the French fries seemed to have been affected by frostbite, resulting in a less-than-pleasant taste. It was clear that they were not fresh and lacked the desired crispness. As a customer, I believe it is important to provide honest feedback to help businesses improve. I hope that my comments will be taken into consideration and that steps will be taken to address these issues. Culver's has the potential to provide exceptional dining experiences, and I believe that with improvements in food quality, it can regain its reputation as a top-notch restaurant. "This was my first visit and I was really surprised by how good this place was. This could be location specific, but all of the staff were really great and really friendly. Fish sandwich was excellent. The frozen custard was enjoyed. The manager was circulating around the dining area checking that everybody was happy. I was amazed to see service like this. Highly recommended"
"I get how mistakes happen, but when paper is on your burger like a piece of cheese, you'd think it would get noticed. The burgers tasted good even though the onions were missing. Sadly, people don't care about what they do."
"The quality of the food and the service here is unlike any other. My favorite is the strawberry fields blue cheese salad and I don’t even like salads. It is so delicious and refreshing, especially after being in the hot sun all day. I eat this salad for lunch 2-3 times a week and never get tired of it!"
