"I made the trip to this mall and was less than impressed with my visit. I love Torrid and shop oferten from other locations so I was surprised at how I was treated. The ladies at the counter looked at me and ignored me as they returned back to their conversations. No help offered even though I was trying to find where they stored my sizes in lingerie. I went to the counter twice and the ladies would just stop mid conversation and give me cold stares. Mind you I went in to buy a whole wardrobe but left since I felt like my presence was a bother. Very dissatisfied and disappointed"
"All the staff is personal and knowledgeable of the store's audience. It feels great to shop without judgment and it feel like shopping with friends. The styles are current and there is plenty to pick from. The rewards program is extremely giving. Immediately I received $10 off my next purchase with no stipulations. The store is very clean and the music adds an encouraging feeling while you shop or try onncloths. Overall the store is good and the people make it great. Thanks"
