Sonic Drive-In

"The app would not work so we could not order ahead of time. We were told by the person taking our order that we would be honored the happy hour half price deal. The supervisor said the same thing when she came out. The girl who delivered handed us the check and it was full price. We said something to her and she didn’t say anything and walked off. This gal needs more training on customer service and how to handle issues when they happen. I get it your fast food, BUT this is an establishment that gets lots of business. Sonic Management-let’s work on some customer service skills."

"I messed up and ordered to the wrong location and I think I spoke to Adilene and she was soooo amazing! I ended up driving over to pick up my drink here and she was so fast, kind, and cheerful! I appreciated this whole experience on my busy Saturday! Thanks for being wonderful!"

"Service was fast, food was good. The Halloween decor is cute! My daughter loved stopping by here for lunch/ice cream after her dr apt. Even though the staff were super busy they still stopped to answer her questions and were polite. The patio was peaceful and clean, toilets clean."

"I don’t know what the Sonic people are trying to do with their Crispy Chicken sandwich. This has to be THE WORST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! The breading was crispy and thick and I almost didn’t even find any chicken. I expected a juicy chicken breast and got I don’t know what the thin piece of chicken covered in breading. I have learned my lesson, don’t trust a great burger place with a chicken breast sandwich. The fries were of course great so it wasn’t a total waste."

"Due to the terrible customer service at the one on Gattis School and Red Bud we were afraid to go to another Sonic. This Sonic however was 100% the best one we've gone to. The service was fantastic and everyone was friendly. You can tell they have repeat customers because they knew people by name. Food was fresh, correct and came out pretty quickly. I wish this Sonic staff would train other restaurants!"
