"Someone needs to explain to Olivia that if someone says "I'm just having one beer," she doesn't need to keep asking "do you want the tab open or closed?" She asked 4 times. And I kept saying "I'm just having one beer." The last time, I had to spell it out: I'm going to have one beer, I'm going to pay, then I'm going to leave. I'm sure she had the right intentions, but seriously... if I tell you I'm just having the one beer, what's the point of even asking if I want to keep the tab open? I just moved here & this was my first impression of this place. I'm sure I'll be back eventually, but definitely not anytime soon. Pizza kitchen smells great."

"I don't think Roots pizza gets enough credit. We had The chicken pesto and meat lovers pizza both or awesome. We also had the cheese board which had three kinds of cheese pesto jelly and apples as an appetizer, it was also excellent. They have a large selection of draft beers however sometimes they're not the coldest. This might be just because they do not chill their glasses."
