"I will start saying that I would appreciate that when a waitress comes to the table for the first time she would say something like: "Hi, my name is X, I will be attending you today, anything you need just call me", or something similar, rather than just throwing the menus on the table without saying a word. However, the service quality improved later, and I will like to apologize because of a friend who mistreated the waitress for some misunderstanding. The food was not great, some things were really good, but the "tostones rellenos" and the "congri" were not fresh, which I confirmed later with a couple of questions, when they told me the "tostones" were frozen and the congri could be from the day before (which is a serious thing to consider) The atmosphere was really good, a nice place with a beautiful decoration. I could return to this site but only to get a couple of drinks"

"Was trying the place for the first time the service was terrible the waitress was rude and messed up my tables order and still took a long time to correct the order. Would not recommend this even to my worst enemy."

"My mother and I went to have lunch, since my mom had gone before and she really liked the service. This time around we went dressed in workout casual and they did not treat us the same as the first time around. They completely ignored us and tried to charge us for an extra drink that was not there. The food was not very good. I ordered the puerco asado and when i got the food it was cold and the meat was old. My mother got the parrillada and both the shrimp and the fish were old."
