"This is my third time trying to go when they open in the morning and third time that the door has been locked and when I go through the drive-through, no one takes my order. I even see a guy in there, but I didn’t have it in me to go banging his window. It just pisses me off that they don’t have a sign at least if they’re going to refuse to open for breakfast. Someone is just clocking in and refusing to take customers. While I was waiting, I saw three other cars try the same thing."
"If you're in the mood for some quick Tex-mex, in particular Taco Bell don't come to this location. Drive further a little, you'll be glad you did. Walked in no one greeted me. Went to the self checkout kiosk and placed my order. A few minutes later cashier says they're out of cinnamon bites. I really wanted those, she tried to avoid having to go refund me but I really didn't want any other desert. So, I said I'd wait for it but she responded by saying we're out completely. Okay. Not a big deal. Disappointed but so be it. Then as my food comes out on a tray and the boy hands me a small cup. I ordered a large and told him. His response, don't have. He put the small cup on my tray and vanished. By this time I'm a little upset. So I got my root beer. Took a sip and it's out of soda, just very little in it the rest syrup. I decided at that time that I would not return to this location. I was hungry so I can sat down to eat. I want to my Mexican pizza, come to find out there is no silverware given or placed where I can pick it up myself in the salsa bar. Why? They're out! I mean sesame place by older on the kiosk could you not have told me that these are the items were out of sir upfront? And who does your ordering? Like how can such a basic items like silverware even not be available. No one seemed to apologize or try to refund me for my upgraded drink. Point is, why come here if they're out of stock on so many items. The food wasn't hot and it looked like a child put it together. Don't come to this location. Maybe this isn't common for them, but it's enough for me to get my taco bell fix at another restaurant. Good Eats!"
"Didn't go inside so the only issue I had with this location is that they seemed to be playing around behind the counter and made the drive thru very slow not to mention that they were out of sporks or forks which was frustrating. The food didn't show suffering from the young people working on the other side of the window."
"I live close enough to this location that their app auto-selects this spot as my location to get delivery from. I'd rather drive to either other nearby location or order from any of the competing nearby businesses. This location has gotten every order I've made with them wrong. They don't answer their phone, so the only way to work out issues with an order would be to drive down in person. I made an order last week and waited an hour for them to start on it before i cancelled it. Tonight, they decided to make a substitution to my order and everything tasted off, even for taco bell standards. The chips i didn't order tasted stale and the burrito tasted questionable. Buy from popeyes across the street; KFC, long John silvers, or DQ nearby. Go south or north an intersection for a mcdonalds either way. All are better options. If you need taco bell, two exits north off 1431/university has a much better location."
"Terrible customer service. Placed an order for pick up and the door was locked. Went to the drive through and they couldn't find my order. Then the girl who came to help the the guy at the window had an awful attitude. Better training is needed."
