"Walked in the store today and no one offers to help. Found the perfect pants, but the sales staff were cold and unfriendly."
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently received outstanding assistance from Sales Associate Nafisa Asif. She went above and beyond to help me find a last-minute birthday gift for my mother. Nafisa's exceptional customer service skills and dedication to ensuring I found the perfect gift were truly impressive. She is a valuable asset to the store, and I highly recommend her assistance for a stress-free shopping experience. Thank you, Nafisa!"
"I had a very bad experience with the ladies in the store, I was shopping in the store 3 weeks ago, I tried on some shirts and pants, I was shopping with my mother and my little daughter, the lady in the fitting rooms area was not that helpful, and I did not like the way she spoke to my mother, and when I decided on the clothes, I went to the cashier to check out, I waited on the customer in front of me, and the lady on the cashier took her time with the customer, and when she left it was my turn, but the cashier looked at me and looked around the store without saying a word, then she said (am sorry mam you have to wait, we're short staffed).. but they weren't.. there were at least 4 ladies working at that time, and less than 4 shoppers.. I don't know if she did not want to serve me because of my hijab.. and I felt humiliated that I decided not to wait, so I put back the stuff on the counter and I said no am not waiting, she said she was sorry and asked how she can make it up and she was rude that she offered me a discount.. it was like putting a price on my dignity.. she followed us to apologize, she just could've served me in that time.. meaning that you're not short-staffed .. I canceled my registration with the store and won't be shopping in a place that does not respect their costumers."
"I went in today to return outfits that I decided to not wear for a charity fundraiser event. The lady helping me at the checkout desk, Diane, was EXTREMELY rude to me. She couldn’t believe I was returning all the items and that I was at that location and not the one I bought it from. She kept shaking her head and said gosh when she saw the total I was returning. I tried to get her to help me find a similar top that I have that my friend wanted but she ignored my request. If I’m not mistaken I can return any item regardless of the cost, to any store. I don’t think that I am the only person who buys clothes for an event and then decides to return the ones not worn. To have another female shame a woman for returning items is ridiculous. Chico’s needs to do better, hire better, and have better training for their employees."
"VERY slow and VERY rude staff. We waited in the queue for sixteen minutes as the first person waiting. Four sales people One cashier was working with a customer and dealing with a probably complicated order situation (on the phone, dealing with two people and printing off lots of things). However the other cashier-Lynn-obviously did not want to be helpful. She spent at least 15 minutes AFTER the customer paid discussing life in general with the customer. While we stood there, with one other customer behind us, just waiting to pay. We heard how Lynn has lived across the street from Rummel Creek Elementary for 17 years and how she likes shopping at various stores in the Galleria but hates the traffic, and learned which parking lots she likes the most. Then she spent another 5 minutes putting on a ribbon on the box and then advising the (clearly bored) customer that “some people like to add a sprig of holly or a pine cone to the ribbon to kind of dress up the box and make it look fancy!”. We complained to the manager, who said “were doing what we can, ma’am” despite the fact she and the other worker were just standing around. After we’d paid, the one who had been on the phone said “it’s the Christmas season ma’am, we’re busy”. Which was *incredibly* rude, and absolutely not the case when there were only 3 customers in the store, two of which were waiting in line to pay. The rest is the visit was equally as unhelpful. When we went to try on our items the women on the floor (who were not assisting customers) could not be found to let us into a dressing room. We gave up and all shared one very small one."
