"I recently placed an order for two 5-piece wings on Uber Eats, and despite encountering some delays due to Rodeo traffic, I arrived at the restaurant expecting a smooth experience. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the staff seemingly unorganized and inattentive. It appeared that the entire staff, including the shift lead/manager, was sitting around rather than actively attending to their duties. This lack of professionalism was concerning, especially when they were unable to locate my order and initially suggested I wait to the side, which felt dismissive. Despite the initial confusion, the staff eventually provided me with a meal, albeit not what I had ordered. The meal was poorly put together and did not meet my expectations. I believe it's essential to address these issues promptly to ensure a better customer experience in the future. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with the General Manager or District Manager to provide feedback and discuss how such situations can be avoided in the future."

The order came out in a matter of minutes. Enjoyed the succulent crispy golden fried chicken and the honey flavored mouth watering biscuit. The savory Mac and Cheese was to boot."
