"Do away with the self checkouts or the receipt police. I will not present my receipt when I leave the store. You should have a discount at the shelf checkouts to show me my savings for doing my own customer service. Kroger has a little card you scan for so called loyal customer savings. Why can't Walmart use the same concept for self checkouts? Talk to the self checkout police to not get such an attitude if you happen to need their assistance."

"My husband and I came into this location while being in the area I had gone to look at the screw top tumblers and found one that I liked and it was Mark $12.98 we get what we need and proceed to the checkout and rang up our stuff. They tumbler rang up at $19.98. so the self checkout cashier went and did a price check. All of those kinds of tumblers were in the same spot with a price sticker of $12.98. The self checkout cashier was extremely rude and got a CSM to come talk to us. The Walmart in our area never question things. They let us have things at the sticker price. My husband said we will never shop at this location. The way we were treated was absolutely appalling. Now if the tumbler rang up $20-$30 Dollars more, that would have been understandable. But a measley $7 was ridiculous. Whatever happened to customer service and the customer is always right?"

"Easy to find what I'm looking for when visiting the lake jackson wal-mart store. Sundays are usually less crowded around the later store hours. The staff have been friendly on my visits and I when I do run into a situation that I need help it's never long before I am assisted. a little patience and a thank you will go a long with with associates. Since they deal with a mass of people on a day to day basis."

"I realize it's the holiday season (12/7), but come on!!! Shouldn't matter when it is the Associate should help the customer when asked (especially when not helping anyone else). Don't just point to where items are, especially when said item is enclosed in case! Wouldn't talk, just grunted or pointed. REALLY! Then once I decided on item was getting ready to leave to finish my shopping, he finally found his voice and said have to buy now (really, just got different charger the week before didn't have to pay back there). Then when I stated wasn't finished shopping he shrugged. Didn't offer to take to service desk, he didn't care. Needless to say I said keep it!! I'll go elsewhere. Too many associates there are rude and unhelpful. Others go way above and beyond!!! If you don't like your JOB helping customers, change jobs!"
