"This is the first time I come inside to order take out (I usually go drive-through and tips the host) on Tuesday at 7:50pm. There is a young gentleman wearing black-trim glasses, 6ft tall, curly black hair, about 18-20 yrs old. He was very very crude to me when I ask how to redeem the reward. He replied “don’t have scanner”. I asked to clarify “Oh how can I redeem it?” He rudely replied “Order it!” I asked one more time, he still “Order it” and drink water and walk away. I am a customer and he is doing the service, he is not my parents at all to give me command. I asked “Did you have a long tired day?” He asked back “Why?” I know I met a crude, unprofessional young boy tearing this business down. If he is still working here with that attitude, I don’t think the manager care enough of his business."

"If you are able to go to any other Popeyes, PLEASE DO. This location is horrible, and I will not be visiting here again. The services are horrible, the food is never fresh, and even when you ask to have your food made fresh, they give you attitude, or re-drop food that is already cooked. Very slow, inside is always disheveled, and they never have enough workers. This last time I stopped here on my way to work, and everything I was given was cold. The cashier was very rude at the window, and she didn't even give me a receipt. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, and she said the only way I could have my food replaced was if I turned around and came back. At this point, I'm already almost to work. Previously if I've had an issue like this, an establishment would offer apologies and offer to replace it on the next visit. She didn't offer any help and said that if I could not come right now, it was nothing she could do. 10/03/2023 about 6:00 p.m. Will never visit here again, and I'm also putting in a complaint with corporate because this is not the first time, I have had issues with this location."

"They are sad. I damn near order from this location at least 3 to 4 times this week alone. They forgot to give the driver my soda the first time. And then the second time I taught they forgot my drinks so I call about it then the acting manager got on the phone with a lies saying that carbohydrates machines was broken. Then my daughter brought it upstairs, so I just hung up. And then this time it speaks for itself."
