Marisol's Mexican Grill

"Great Mexican place in Georgetown. Chips and table salsa are both good. Good thickness on the chips to hold up to dipping. Salsa flavorful and the texture I like. Started with the Classic Chile con Queso and the Bean and Cheese nachos. They used the same chips which worked great holding all the toppings. Having guac, sour cream and jalapeños was a nice addition. Entrees were Street Tacos from the appetizer menu and Enchiladas Deluxe. Street tacos were flavorful with a good mix of cilantro and a wonderful creamy green sauce. Enchiladas were very good with a great base sauce. Beans and rice were well done as well. Overall a great meal. Good service from both our server and the rest of the crew. Will definitely be adding this our list for dining in Georgetown."

"If you're a local or ever traveling through Georgetown, this small, yet very nice traditional local Mexican restaurant is well worth your dinning out rather it be for yourself and/or with your loved ones. And wont break your budget with the trendy style of a high end restaurant. While the entire restaurant has a home away from home vibes the staff always treat you like family. Thus Marisol's is our #1 local dine in restaurant. Ask for Maria to be your waitress. Her friendliness and always going the extra mile to take care of you makes her "Simply The Best. " My drink, Grande Cadillac Margarita and my dinner, Verde Chicken Enchiladas. Ole!"

"This is a hidden gem of a really nice Mexican restaurant. Marisol's, tucked away in a small strip mall, is easily missed as one drives by. Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the interior was. It is nicely decorated, very clean, and the tables are nicely spaced so one doesn't feel overly crowded as some of the local eateries makes one feel. The menu choices are very plentiful, covering just about any Mexican food item one might want. I recently enjoyed the #1 Lunch Combo (one taco/enchilada with rice/beans) and it was perfect. The first photo is the tamale/enchilada/taco combo plate. I love the genuine cheddar cheese they use. A lot of these type places use the cheaper velveeta. The second photo is the Chili Relleno plate that my wife ordered. She loved it. During a subsequent visit my wife had the Taco Salad with chicken that she enjoyed, and I had the Enchilada Nortena plate which was great. The Guacamole was prepared correctly and was tasty. I might add that the food temperature was hot and the serving plate was super hot. There should be no complaints about food temperature with this restaurant. The service was efficient and the server was friendly with a smile. Prices are reasonable. I would have no reason to go to any other Mexican restaurant in the area, and yes I have tried and been disappointed in the local competition."

"One of the best Coconut Margaritas I've ever had!! This place was wonderful, the service was good and the food was great definitely one of the most authentic Mexican Restaurants in Georgetown. I'll most certainly be back!"
