"Don’t go there, wasting your time. I scheduled an appointment to replace my phone battery. When I got there, a guy told me they didn’t have batter for me to replace it and told me to go to Apple Store because if I want to replace it there. He had to check in their stock one by one to see if they have the battery. It takes time he said. If you can’t replace it why don’t you cancel the appointment. Why you have to wait to tell customer until they get there. It’s wasting their time. Anyway, I don’t think they’re care about their customers"

"My MacBook is working better than it ever has & when I took it in the other day, it wasn't working at all. A very kind man named "Lj" came up to me in line at Best Buy & was nothing but helpful! I wanted the opportunity to thank him in person but when I went in the next day, he wasn't working :(. Hoping he sees this & knows how much I appreciate him. Y'all are blessed to have him at Geek Squad, I'll for sure be spreading the word to others about my wonderful experience."

"This store and the geek squad team is TRASH i drove 2hours left work early to get a service done that I was told over the phone that they do. When I reached the store they informed me that they are no longer samsung certified. The wait time for them to answer the phone is garbage also once I waited an hour and was hung up on called back and waited another hour and thats when I was told that lie the other times I waited a long time also and just ended up hanging up. If I could give them no stars I would. I do not recommend this location to anyone especially samsung users. They also said they can do the service for 150.00 but they are not samsung certified how can they charge me this for something they are not authorize to work on. And they tried to charge me 18.00 to put a screen protector on that I purchased from bedtbuy and I ended up having to buy a part for 100 to try and do the job myself."

"Book an appointment and go to Micro Center instead. The wait wasn't too bad, but the people just try to rush you into giving them the computer and buying the $200/year subscription for the service without even offering any info as how how they plan to diagnose and fix the issue. After this, I booked an appointment with Micro Center and had a tech working with me to diagnose the problem. They went through the process and told me what they planned to do, all for a much lower price. Geek Squad did not."
