"Love their menudo, barbacoa, and fajitas!"
"A wonderful dining experience at El Tiempo Taqueria. The staff was courteous, the menu was diverse, and the flavors were outstanding. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family"
"People are expecting way to much for eating at a carneceria. I have nothing negative to say as this is the place for some of the best tacos. They aren't stingy with the meats like everywhere else and the price is worth it. People complaining about the staff being rude, they're just working. Not everybody has to be your friend. Order your stuff and move along, this place gets super packed and they move it along very quickly. I've been coming here for years now and never have an issue. I guess you have to be a bit less boogie to appreciate this place. I recommend it, don't let others deter you."
"I looked online at the menu before coming here. They had two kinds of burritos. One was like $10 the other was like $12. I also wanted to try two other items. I asked for a menu when I got here so I wouldn't have get my phone out and get back to the website. They said they didn't have a menu. The only thing I remembered I wanted was a burrito so I asked how much it was. Both girls looked at me completely confused. Then one went to ask some other person. This took like 2-3 minutes. Finally they came back and said a burrito would be 13 something. I was assuming it would be the more expensive burrito I looked at (that was supposed to include avocados) and a bunch of other stuff. I then got my phone out and pulled up the menu and showed them the 3 meat plate. They initially tried to give me just 2 kinds of meat. I finally asked the one guy who spoke English and he told them to throw some sausage on top of the two meats (not the option I wanted but whatever). When I got home to eat the burrito I needed to use two hands as it was very greasy and falling apart. Inside was literally just meat and rice. They gave me sour cream and Jalapeños on the side (and some more rice). No salsa. I didn't ask because another customer told me they ran out ... Meat and rice isn't a $13 burrito. It was getting close to 4pm (they close at 4pm but online it says 8pm) so everyone was rushing as if the doors locked at 4pm or something. Usually it's corporate stores that are concerned with closing this precisely. Not sure why they don't just lock the doors at 4 and help who's inside without rushing. That all being said, the burrito was good (not great). El Rey's right down the street is $10 and much better. Also they stay open until like 12am or later. This place is good but the hours of operation are goofy, the prices are overpriced, and the online menu isn't accurate. The dude working there was really good besides rushing at the end. No need to rush customers. You're working 5-10 minutes after 4pm? Deal with it."
