"I went there with my family, and they hated their food. My sister ordered a chicken biscuit with fries, and the chicken was really salty. My mom ordered the biscuits with strawberry and cream. It was nothing like advertised in the picture. The strawberry was definitely not fresh and it didn't even have the whipped cream. My son ordered the waffles with strawberry and cream, also didn't come as advertised. Strawberry was not fresh, no whipped cream, and it was just this little thing in the middle. Not enough for the whole waffle. Three little pieces of strawberry, not fresh. The server was not good either. Never came back after serving our food. No one in my family finished their food. $69 not worth it at all."

"My friend Jessica took me out for dinner to this IHOP location. We went after work, we both work as teachers at Harris County Department of Education. I decided to get a bacon burger which was juicy, tasty and delicious. My friend opted out for a breakfast item which also looked really good. The waiter that attended us was very attentive and had very good customer service skills. The atmosphere was a quiet one as we were the only patrons late at night after 9:30 p. m. Thank you IHOP - for the nice service and good food."

"The exit scraped the bottom of my car because the angle is not smooth. Unacceptable. This should be fixed. In addition, I was not informed before I ordered that they were out of strawberries which is supposed to come with my crepe. Nothing done or given to make it right. The server was fast and efficient. Just did not communicate. Will not be visiting this location again."

"Food was decent. No complaints there. Nothing amazing. Just good. Server was nice. It was really loud in the restaurant. Families were yelling and screaming. I know it’s a family restaurant, but it was over the top. I get this wasn’t the restaurants fault, but I suggest sitting away from large families."

"4am at IHOP for breakfast in the heights. I figured at this time of the hour, it would be pretty laid back! But I was wrong, the servers were goofing around, 10/10 when you're goofing around someone is going to mess up the order. I ordered a BBQ style sandwich, even on the menu it's no beef on the sandwich, but my server brought me out a BBQ style sandwich with beef! Then you never want them to remake your food, they do all kinds of crazy things to your food! Highly upset at this point, with the service!"
