"If you don’t close at midnight on Friday and Saturday you need to change your hours on the app and online. I placed at 11:10 PM, went to pick up my orders and the place was closed. Employees say they can’t refund my money I have to do it on the app when you guys know there’s no way to cancel and order on the app. And my order is saying it’s ready to be picked up."
"The young man at the drive-thru had no business working the drive-thru. He spoke extremely fast and mumbled. Nearly impossible to understand. And the food was pedestrian.
