Jack in the Box

"This is a typical Jack in the box. The Southwest fast and pleasant on the day that I was there. The food was delicious and cooked fresh to my order. The price for what I ordered was reasonable. I went through the drive-thru so I don't really have a comment on the atmosphere. That's why the atmosphere rating above is neutral."

"Receipt #107. I get off work late every night and around 1:35AM on 12/19. A light skinned black male with braids, I believe his name is James was terribly rude and nasty to me for no reason. The woman in the drive thru knows I come every night to purchase my dinner after work and she didn't even apologize for how he was towards me. I was placing my order #4 Jumbo Cheese burger meal. And out of nowhere he started screaming at me to go somewhere else! That's when the female worker jumped in and completed my order. He should be fired!"

"Pass by around 1am. This location suppose to be 24 hours. I pull up to drive through and a lady ask to take my order. After I place my order she never responded back. I waited patiently and finally drove up forward to the window. Some guy was washing down the floors. I stood there staring for few minutes hoping he would be concerned and Courteous Enough to let me know something at least we are close for few minutes or not open. He looked my way few times and continued as if he didn’t care or something was wrong. I drop around and noticed another employee with his head downs I saw a another automobile go to drive through so I went back around. Same thing happened. The truck pulled forward and they started honking. So I pulled up to the drive through to order and the lady came back on saying the same thing. So I reversed my car and she said the same thing as if it was a recording. So I videotaped it and took pictures! I went around again to where some white mail still with his head leaning forward on his hand has you can see in the picture. I honked he looked up as if something was wrong Went back to same position. I told him loud hopefully he can here me. Do you need help are you ok? Do you need me to call someone? No response. So I left because the other employee wasn’t in site. I try calling a number they have posted on their window but not a response left message no one has try contacting me! For a business open 24 hours and seeing such behavior makes the community concern and confused. The public deserves to know my experience! 4/17/2023. Around 1am. What was happening earlier the morning of 4/17/2023?"

"My order has been correct consistently. They only have regular sugar and sweet n low, no splenda or equal. Taking a star off for cleanliness."

"I went to get a spicy chicken sandwich and this is what I got, tried to call to make sure I would be able to get there and get the right sandwich and no one answers the phone. They was one other person in the drive thru and me inside taking my food to go. Not going back here again. This patty doesn't taste spicy or look like the others I have gotten many times before at other jack in a box."
