"Surprised for sure. I love menudo and wanted to try a new place after church, so this place popped up on my Google search. Definitely homemade food. I mean just from the smell i could tell the tortillas were made in house. The place is definitely not restaurant size, was a mini store, but became restaurant perhaps. Tables are limited, so you will have to wait to get an open table and you will have to wait for food. They had one waitress, even though it's small that's not enough help. She was great though and we weren't in a rush. Food was good. I love my mom's menudo, but this one got a solid 8/10. It's in a newly build strip and is the only unit rented, so parking is all theirs really. Definitely stop by and be patient. Once you're done, go to the checkout window and ring the bell. It might take a second for them to come check you out."

It’s the kind of food that you put down after the first bite like …… what did I just eat?!!!!!!!!!! They have an incredible menu and most importantly - salsa that is made with care and super authentic. The place is spotless, very very clean Really loved the service and food, owner is present Extremely authentic, immediately ordered to-go for the rest of the family at home because - we have a new favourite. "Quite possibly some of the best Mexican food in all of Houston. This is their new location, moved from Shepherd. Bigger and cleaner space. Great place for breakfast tacos! Handmade tortillas in restaurant. The green sauce hits. The thick chips and in house made salsa slaps. If you’re in the area do yourself a solid and try them out."
