"I again, went to pick up a Uber Eats delivery and not a single employee greeted me acknowledged me or directed me to online pick up. This is the second Chick fil A restaurant that has poor customer service skills. I had to ask for the order to an employee who had just clocked in for her shift. Come on guys, treat everyone has a human being with common respect.. Get it together!!!!"

"I went to pick up some food I ordered 2 chicken strips meals and 1 kids meal, the guy Jonathan misunderstood my order and when I went to the register very rude Bry told me she need to charge me the difference, I was telling her to fix my order and off course I payed the difference at the end she was rude, and didn't received complete my order. It's the first time that happened to me at chicken fil a, bad experience. Louetta Crossing."

"This is the WORST Chick-fil-A location I have EVER been to. When I think of Chick-fil-A, I think of the excellent service and the friendly employees, which I have encountered at every location except for this one. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty, and the garbage was overflowing. The employees were all too busy chatting it up with each other instead of taking care of the restaurant. I placed my order through the app on my phone, and I wanted to dine in - typically I select a table number on the app to have my food brought to me, but none of the tables had numbers. I had to select the carry-out option instead - my order sat on a back counter for about 10 minutes, and I watched different employees pick up my bag, look at the label, and just place it back down on that back counter!! When I finally received my order, it was the saddest and smallest chicken sandwich I have ever seen! I do NOT recommend this location."
